Tap Repair & Replacement

Dripping taps, worn washers, or full replacements. We carry common fittings on the van and can usually fix the issue in a single visit.
Covers mixer taps, pillar taps, basin taps, kitchen taps, and outdoor taps.
Toilet Repair
R500 – R900
Running cisterns, blocked toilets, cracked pans. Diagnosed and fixed same visit where possible.
Cistern mechanisms, flush valves, fill valves, toilet seats, and full suite replacements.
Blocked Drain
R650 – R1 200
High-pressure jetting and manual clearing for kitchen, bathroom, and stormwater drains.
CCTV inspection available on request for persistent or recurring blockages.
Leak Detection & Pipe Repair
R600 – R1 400
Trace hidden leaks without unnecessary breakage. Burst pipes repaired and pressure-tested.
Copper, CPVC, and multilayer piping. Geyser feeds, concealed reticulation, and external supply pipes.
Geyser Replacement
R4 500 – R8 500
Supply and install all major brands. Old unit removed and disposed of responsibly.
Includes pressure control valve, drip tray, and vacuum breaker. Electrical sign-off arranged where required.

Are you PIRB registered?
Yes. Riaan is registered with the Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB). All work is compliant and certificates can be issued on request.
