Our story
Started in 2009,
still run the same way
Riaan van der Merwe spent more than a decade working for larger plumbing contractors before starting Cape Flow in 2009. He'd seen too many jobs where customers were kept in the dark, overcharged, or left waiting all day for someone who never showed.
Cape Flow was built on a different idea: treat every job like it's at a friend's house. Show up when you say you will, explain the problem clearly, do the work properly, and charge what it's actually worth.
Fifteen years later, the team has grown, but the approach hasn't changed. Every job is still signed off by a PIRB-registered plumber, and every customer gets a direct line to the person doing the work.
